We are an online booking platform for beauty and wellness in UAE. Our mission is to make the process of booking a beauty appointment seamless and effortless. We work tirelessly towards achieving our goal by providing more choices to you in terms of venues that we list. Go on, book your first appointment here .

Yes. You can discover salons and spas based on location, cost and other parameters, and schedule an appointment with a few clicks. We do the rest for you.

You have the option of paying at the venue, or you may pay online on our platform if the venue accepts online payment.

Appointments can be cancelled by you from the website or mobile app. You can have a look at the cancellation policy here .

If you liked your experience at the venue, show them some love by reviewing them on Mabel, and spread the good vibes. In other cases, if you have a complaint to make, it is best to speak to the manager at the venue first. If you feel your complaint has not been addressed post that, kindly escalate the issue to us and we will look into the matter. You can mail us at care@mabel.ae, and please include your complaint description and booking ID.

Booking

You can search for venues based on filters such as the service you are looking for and the location you are in. Go over to the venue page, select a service and checkout. Your appointment is booked, and you can sit back and let us handle the rest.

Go over to your booking history, and select the relevant booking. You can reschedule a booking 12 hours before the appointment time at no extra charge. You will not be able to reschedule a booking within 12 hours of the appointment time, because of the inconvenience that would be caused to the venue.

Yes. You can choose to pay at the venue or you can pay online with your MasterCard or Visa cards. Online payment will be available if the venue has enabled the feature.

If you have pre-paid for the appointment, you will be refunded with Wallet credits, which can be reused for your next booking. The amount of Wallet credits refunded will depend on the time of cancellation. For more details, please visit our cancellation policy here .

You most definitely can! Head over to the venue page and drop a rating and review for your venue. Unbiased reviews will help maintain the quality of the platform, and will ensure an improvement in the morale and quality of work of the venue employees.

We are an online booking platform for beauty and wellness in UAE. More specifically, we tie up with salons and spas that are ready to have their digital presence taken to the next level.

Your venue will be listed on Mabel for free, and customers can discover and book your services online. Our goal is to increase your revenue per employee, while keeping your fixed costs the same. We also aim to help you realize more revenue during off-peak hours, by pushing discounts and packages through our platform.

You can register here with a click and a minute of your time.

Once you have registered on our website, we will schedule a visit to your venue to collect the required information. The whole process would take about 2 days. You can register here .

You can choose to receive payment online, or you can receive payment directly from the customer at your venue. You can go with either option, depending on the operations and revenue cycle of your salon or spa.

You will have access to Mabel’s partner dashboard, where you can get information on previous and upcoming bookings. We are working hard to add as many calendar integrations as possible.

You can log in to Mabel’s dashboard, and change prices for your services. You can also push limited time period offers and discounts to maximize revenue during off-peak hours.
